Children's Advent Box Survey

For Advent we prepared take home boxes for the children of our church with 4 lessons and supplies to help our children engage in the Advent story of Jesus at home. We would like to get some feedback on those boxes to see if this would be something welcome to our children for the Lenten Season as well. If your child received one of these boxes please fill out this survey to let us know how they worked out for you. If you did not receive one of the boxes please fill out the survey as well so that we know you might be interested in a box for your child during Lent.
